I am going through psychological stress, mild depression and anxiety issues due to recent workload and have lost all motivation to continue. I am planning to quit but afraid will i get a job post that. What shall i do?

Has anyone here left one B4 for another (in advisory/consulting services) for higher comp? What was your experience? Feeling like my current B4 is not paying market price but could get that starting at a new firm. Just not sure if it’s worth learning all the admin stuff that comes with starting at a new company

I’m an analyst & have been working towards associate – I was recently offered an associate role on a different team, but simultaneously am feeling burned out and thinking of leaving the firm within the next 6-8 months to work at a smaller company. I want to accept the associate role for my own professional development and growth. Tips on leaving a role after 6 months without burning bridges? Is that possible? I am currently working as Branch Manager (scale-2 officer) in one of the leading public sector banks and have 5 yr experience in core banking. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). I have knowledge of core banking as well as good knowledge of banking tools like finacle, caps, imac etc. I want to switch to private financial institutions.

My LWD in Wipro (my previous employer) was on 21 Aug, 2021. I was waiting to receive my outstanding due and experience certificate, as part of F&F, ever since. However, I received an email from the offboarding team today stating that my Final Settlement is on on hold due to security concerns (DLP: data leakage). How is this going to play out? And much longer will it take before my F&F process is completed and I get my outstanding due and my experience certificate? Pls advice.

I have prior experience in UAT, business process controls (A-123). I am planning on passing the Security plus and CISSP certs within 2 yrs. Have a TS clearance.
