I’ve been having insomnia lately (around 1 month). Tried the usual, lighter dinners, no caffeine etc. with no improvement…. Have been taking Focalin for +\- 8 months. I‘m mindful of timing as well to not interfere with sleep my schedule. Now I wonder if switching to Vyvanse or something else might help.
Any experience with switching ADHD meds to improve sleep?

Post egg retrieval, and my doctor says my thyroid levels are a bit high for what he wants to see for FET, so he has me on medicine to lower it before it’s time for FET. Has anyone else experienced this? Was it caused by all the IVF shots? Will this be a long term issue?

What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. I work 3 feet from my bed, I find the barriers of a phone/email between me and a senior to add a huge amount of stress to my life and I think it’s stunting my career development at my firm because I can’t build relationships as effectively. I’ve never at all had mental health issues before but now am really starting to feel burnt out and anxious most of the time. What do you think?

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. I find this incredibly uncomfortable and selfish given it will put me and my fiancé in an uncomfortable position (and it will also put my elderly parents and other vulnerable fam members at risk). Y’all I am just freaking out about REG. I take it next Tuesday and it’s my last exam. I literally have to pass it to make manager and so my other tests don’t expire.

I failed my first exam and now I am having a difficult time gaining the focus and drive I once hard to study and seat for another… did anyone went through that same thing or similar how did you over come that?
