Ok, I have to ask this- is it worth considering Salesforce role in Amazon for the sake of RSUs? I am based in Texas, have good tech and functional skills, 10+ certs and salary < 150k

My company provides decent base salary but no other benefits RSU, high joining bonus etc.

I have ‘heard’ about Amazon providing pretty attractive packages for tech roles. Buuut, I have also ‘heard’ that WLB could suffer depending on your team. That said, is the juice worth the squeeze?

Could be a silly question — i am beginning to look for a new apartment in the city and ideally want to rent from private landlords rather than going thru Apartment People / @ Properties / Compass, etc. How do you find private landlords?! So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

This would be for L8/L9 level.
