Ok, I have to ask this- is it worth considering Salesforce role in Amazon for the sake of RSUs? I am based in Texas, have good tech and functional skills, 10+ certs and salary < 150k

My company provides decent base salary but no other benefits RSU, high joining bonus etc.

I have ‘heard’ about Amazon providing pretty attractive packages for tech roles. Buuut, I have also ‘heard’ that WLB could suffer depending on your team. That said, is the juice worth the squeeze?

How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant? Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

Are there any Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave (TPSL) substitute teachers? If so how did you get into it?
