Ok I know this gonna seem petty af, but my sister's fiancée just broke up with her. I always thought she was horrible and not good enough for my sister. They got engaged in April, then 2 weeks later she wanted a break. It was pretty clear she was hooking up with another woman she works with. Strung her along since then, acting like she just needed space and then just finally ended it. She runs a restaurant and I really want to get people to right bad reviews. Am I being awful or justified?

What do you irrationally and harshly judge people for?

I assume that people who don’t rerack their weights at the gym allow themselves to live in filth and squalor and had their mothers wipe their bums until they were in middle school.

Has anyone found roles in Big 4 or industry that allowed more work life balance when their kids were young without damaging future career trajectory? I'm a partner with young kids and feel like I'm missing out on too much of their lives. Wishful, but my dream job would have a lighter workload in terms of time and pressure for the next ~5 years, but not set me back too much (or at all) when the kids are older and tired of me in a few years and I'm ready to be back at work full force.

I hate that I still want to hear from him. I just have no idea what I want him to say or what I want to say. I feel like if I get anywhere near him he’ll be able to sense my pain. Are we sure the no contact rule is only 21 days? I feel like I need 21 months.

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. This is not very old technology and not much studies as well.

My wife and I are both terrible housekeepers and our clutter is overwhelming us. We have two kids under 3 and a wonderful nanny but we need more help at home. How do we throw money at this problem? I'm a US citizen living abroad I applied almost 11 months ago for my spouse. Married for years, kid. I wait and wait. It seems this will take 2 years, maybe more. I feel trapped. Divorce is amicable and based on growing apart rather than bc of cheating or fighting or anything else..

Has anyone had roommates who got sick with Covid and they managed to not catch it from them? If so, what precautions did you take? We have a good relationship and so far he’s been staying in his room and using a mask whenever he needs to use the restroom or grab water from the kitchen. I am the only one who touches the fridge and takes his food out so he can eat. What else can we really do?

Just started a new job less than a month ago in the tech sector. It was the industry I was fixated on when leaving for. However I realise that I don't think I can cope with the fast paced, lack of wlb, with no support - it's really impacting my mental health already....

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.

Same as what is happening today - those who are not privileged don’t have equal resources, or even access to healthcare. That’s why equality should matter for everyone. It’s not just a party, it’s to show that we’re still here and we will not give up.
