Ok, this is truly bizarre.

Our home pics have been updated on Redfin. Random pics of kitchen, dining, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room.

These are pics without people in it which we don’t normally do. Not professional by any means. What gives?!

Somebody marked themselves as the owner and uploaded the photos. Redfin literally only needs the name of the owner to set it as their home.

Also, house was messy AH.

Your personal home or a rental you own. If the latter, isn’t it obvious the tenants uploaded them for some reason?

These are recent pics from May/June time. Again, a dirty house and I can see my hand in one pic.

Do you have cleaners or others who have access to your house?

No, we do get cleaners from time to time.

Have you “claimed” the home on Redfin / Zillow? If not, create an account and claim it

Should be an easy fix

Update: they are AI generated pics and only on my phone. They are not actually on Redfin as it turns out.

BUT, I still can’t find the pics in my Google Photos. Bizarre…

How many matters is typical for one associate to handle (BL lit)? I know it is group-specific, but just trying to get a general idea. I’m a 2nd year and I am the only associate staffed on about 30 cases-meaning I keep track of all deadlines, do all day to day assignments, keep on top of following up with client/OC, and all research/drafting. Partners handle deps/court but that is about it. Is this a normal case load to be responsible for as a jr? I being dramatic by thinking this is too much?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better. My hope is to buy and rent out a apartment while also owning a house and house hacking that by renting part of it out. Trying to understand all the steps, traps, and how to find if it’s a good investment.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move? We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?
