I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

I have access to $600k in interest-only (~3%) funds from parent's line of credit. Trying to optimize allocation. I'm closing on a $540k house in TX, looking to Airbnb it for $3k+ a month. Wondering if I should pay the TX house in cash & take out a mortgage for the CA house, or split the $600k across both and take out 2 mortgages, or pay off the TX house and use a HELOC for the CA house.
