Intuitively I have the tendency to agree that they would decline, but I said that in 2001 and I lost out on a 5-year run before the crash. It’s a fairly complex analysis if you wanna be thorough/detailed. I’d suggest you find a localized reports and data and see if incomes in your area support market rents and sales prices
