I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Best place I’ve ever been. Been a customer, big 4 partner, boutique partner. Grass isn’t greener, imo.

I don't know any CPQ shops with a "good culture" reputation, unless in the mind of some recruiter. Either they're good at it and sign on too much work/hire too fast, or they're bad at it and all their projects are on fire.

I left a couple months ago after 5 years. Still love that place. The products need work (holistically) but they are an amazing marketing company. Would 100% go back in the future but for now Microsoft has “greener grass” 😊
What are you referring to OP? Still seems like an awesome place to work

Sure you are, sparky!

OP is salty because performance compensation adjustments were released last week…guessing they had a wake-up call that they need to perform better
P1, I empathize with your frustration, I know the PS growth is creating holes in Partners' pockets. I believe PS is not good at everything, so if were to sell, I would sell on the gaps and my niche.
Wow, what is all the defensiveness here? OP called out a fact and people are real hurt... 1. Salesforce can be an amazing company and still have work to do. No such thing as perfect. Maybe OP is just saying it isn't what it used to be, which if you really believe in a place is just another way to say how do we keep it in the top N rating. That's taking a stand for it to keep being amazing, which is very Salesforce...
Eh, to those connected with the inner workings of Salesforce, it's been well known things aren't what they used to be there.
Salesforce has a great culture and great benefits, but good talent in the Salesforce ecosystem can make 2-3x elsewhere than what Salesforce will pay them. It's caused a bit of a "brain drain" of sorts at Salesforce.
Ta1 yea and then some. 😂 but ask about wlb and get back to us 😂
I recently joined SF and although I agree that the comp isn’t the highest given that salesforce is a tier 2 tech firm (FAANG/fast growing start ups would be T1), the culture and work life balance is superb. Of course talent will always move around, even at a T1 firm they will go to pursue higher comp… but SF still stands as an attractive employer for many skilled people!
The measurement can’t equate to America’s best employer. All they are categorizing is people recommending their company to others and that too with a subset of 60,000 people.
