Focus on the base! Everything else will come with good performance and time, but you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get meaningful base increases. Also, lots of times, the other stuff is a function of your base, so more base will inadvertently increase your bonuses and equity.
Signing bonus, equity grants, RSUs, annual bonus. It's all negotiable.

Vacation. Everything is negotiable within the level you are slotted at. If you are a counsel or senior counsel, those targets for comp are different. Then they may have counsel levels a, b, c…. Or 1,2,3 based on years of experience or skill set. It’s their problem not yours but you have to convince them that you deserve higher.
Usually non-negotiable: PTO, health insurance, 401K (match)
Bigger companies tend to have set rules on what and how much you get. They may be not very negotiable at all - but that’s a much bigger issue after you’re in the door. Generally comp is Base (salary), short term incentive (annual bonus) plus long term incentives (restricted stock, bonus and maybe performance units). We have specific written guidance for what you get depending on your pay grade.
