Just did biometrics today in NJ. How long should I expect to wait for EAD after this step?

I was told a position is expected to return to the hybrid mode and not 100% remote eligible. Has anyone successfully negotiated a role labeled this way to become fully remote?

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. I have been in my current role over 6+ years (as HR mgr) and it's very transactional and not very strategic. The new company wants someone to lead a team from a senior level (HR Director) - what advice do you have for taking the next step in my career? I'm likely going to take the offer if it comes.

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. Any lessons learned or success stories about career slowdowns?

My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
