Depends… what will your hourly rate be? I think you will have better WLB in PI with better potential to make more $$$ in the long run. In the immediate future your salary is probably more as a partner.

It really depends. As a partner at this firm, do you have your own client that you brought in? Same with PI, are you consistently bringing in your own cases to get a big cut of the fee?
I would definitely say to go for PI if you are looking for where you can get the most money. It also does depend on what state you live in and what the laws are but overall if you are lookign for money I say go PI.
