Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but Iโve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. Iโve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

SC salary of 88k ๐๐๐
Canada? Europe?
Leave. Market is still fine for consultants
Bro, leadership will keep dangling the carrot to keep you around. Leave with zero notice and steal their clients. Screw these people.
Ask to get off the manager work unless they pay you and look for something else with your time back

This is genius. This is why they pay you the big bucks as a โDirectorโ.
Thanks daddy for the advice.
Where the hell do you work? 88k?!
But without having the title, itโs also harder to jump for a promotion. With that said Iโm sure OP can get over $100k easily by lateral moving alone
You should be clear with your coach and RL that you will be expecting SC work only, and clear direct feedback as to why you have not been promoted.
I see this happen too often where there might be a blind spot cut no one has the balls to give the feedback, or they want you to stay at that level because it's good for engagement economics.
Put this on your leadership's lap top figure out, and begin looking elsewhere.
Quiet quit the tasks that are above your pay grade/role

Same, jumping. You need to jump and they will keep dragging you.

Damn what COL city and offering?
Absolutely time to jump ship.
88k???? GTFO of there ๐ณ

You're being screwed over. When would the new promo cycle happen in your firm? If more than 6 months from now I'd exit if I were you.
Harsh reality is that managers also manage people and mentor. Until you can advocate for yourself you shouldnโt mentor or manage people.

You know itโs directors who decide staffing on their projects? The truth is you know nothing / not enough to be giving advice on this matter. Iโm good enough to keep getting good performance reviews and projects to manage. If the firm didnโt think I was, I would be a senior associate with no one reporting to me vs. 7 people.
I assume youโre at KPMG, give your title. Donโt let them dangle the carrot in front of you, and youโre way underpaid
Nah KPMG advisory pays first year associate 90K now right out of school
Even for pre-covid homegrown SA, thereโs no way anyone up for manager is still at 88K
