Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

D3 , PDM you basically have to ask for it. Once you ask , your coach really doesn't have a say in it . It's your account manager / SM who will have a say in it . Because it comes down to if the client is willing to pay a higher rate for you . So the SM/account manager would need to have those conversations with your client upfront , that hey we want to promote XYZ , can you support the new billing rate.
