I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?
Nagarro

There have been terminations across the firm of low or under performers..
And if just one person - a senior - wouldn't read too much into it. Hardly a trend
Op - presume he means someone that was 2 rated and on a pip
I thought most were around ratings time - seems strange still going on now
Was this in Risk or PI?
That makes sense. By senior he should have had made a network and the right connections to be staffed (or at least be working on internal projects). It was likely a combination of not being proactive on the bench and prior poor performance.
And I agree with SM1.
Which office?
@EY1. What rating is considered a low performer ?
@EY2 , Seattle.
I’m just curious. And were they a senior?
EY3. Not sure. I'll have to check. I think he may have been.
How big is advisory practice up there? I know we work with Microsoft but wasn't sure how much folks are working out of Seattle on that account
Thanks @Senior Manager 1
@EY 3, PI. Why?
@Senior Manager 1, I can't say for sure but I'm within the DnA practice, which I believe to be under 150 people in Seattle. And most of our business seems to be with MS.
