Dude, I don’t know how you survived here for 7 yrs and with that salary in NYC. I’m in my 5th yr and dying to get out. I only make 5K less than you. This is not to make you feel bad tho. Just to remind you how much you are under appreciated for your experience
How many years of experience is SA3?
7 years. Experienced hire
Stay. Will probably get 130-135k. Then hop.
You've been an SA for 7 years?
Are you close to promotion? I typically recommend staying for the next title bump before going- if you’re close (less than 6 months)
115 for an SA is normal ^
He isn't a manager so he didn't get his promo bump. Other big 4 pulling similar at SA level. I know people making 100k actually at the SA level in NYC (SA2s)
Wtf this is higher than pwc
I’m not from US so not sure how the levels work and what the names are. How many years of experience typically do SA3 or SA2 have?
3 and 2 respectively at the senior level. I mean like I said big 4 salaries are pretty similar unless you're experienced hire in which case you get more. Such as the case here.
$90k SA2 NYC here - somebody shoot me
How much experience do you need to get to the senior level?
2 consulting years is the norm
