Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Gave interview sometime back, Initially they did not agree to the ask, since I already have offer from other org which is much greater than what Tavisca is offering.....Difference is around 4lakhs in both of them, the other org is mid sized company which gave higher offer... What to do in this case... Go for JPMC?? Or other org?? Tavisca JPMorgan Chase

Start now. For the past couple of years it’s been very common for people to take jobs with an agreement to relocate at a future date. If a company really wants you they won’t care that you’re starting in March but not moving there until June. It would be different tbh if you were open to relocating but didn’t have a date in mind (plenty of people are saying this then reneging after they start), so I would be up front about your intended timing from the start.

Normal timeline is 2-3 months from apply to start date. So work backwards to April ? You might be able to buy a little more time given there’s a relo and you might be able to work remote for a bit. I’d say March.
Interviews are still remote. We were headed towards in-person but Omnicrom killed that.
