2 out of 3 ain't bad
For how long?
👋🏻 For a junior. Especially after reading what some other entry level 🐠 make!
🙋♂️
Impossible: you can't have both!
You can't really have it all but I have it pretty good. It's also the end of day on Friday. I'll let you know if my attitude changes by next Tuesday when the tornado starts again.
Having it all I'd a fallacy! Let go of that ASAP and you'll free yourself
This too shall pass
Not always but definitely more than 50% of the time. "Great" work is super subjective and personal. Not winning at Cannes but I am well compensated, I bring steady revenue stream to the agency and thoughtful, solid work for my clients. I also get to have a life (most) nights and weekends. In my book that is not shabby. So ya, it's possible.
🙋♂️ Dollar Shave Club!

🙋🏼
Me! For a junior - yes. I only work 45 hours a week, make 30K more than some of my friends at other agencies too in the same level. And @ 72 the work is wayyyy better.
2 out of 3 for me. Not the best work of my career, but not the worst by a long shot, either.
I'm not a creative but have those things you mentioned. My added bonus is the ability to be leader and shape the direction of my team.
2.5/3 🙋🏻🙋🏻💁🏻
@LB1 - that's the answer - don't be in creative! 😉
