PLZ HELP! I am on FMLA leave due to a medical flare up/disability. However, my doctor doesn't think I can go back to work at the end of my FMLA and should continue my leave. My manager already attemped to create a false performance narrative briefly before I left. And the company is always laying people under the pretext of reorg. WHAT CAN I DO? PLZ ADVISE!!!

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. I sent the bills with a cover letter to Aetna via certified mail. I am having so much trouble getting a status on said claim. Does anyone here have experience with that and can assist me? Any advice for dealing with a constipated puppy? She had been sick and the vet gave her medicine for the vomiting/diarrhea, which is working great for vomiting and lack of appetite but she hasn’t had a bowel movement in a few days even after a few good walks.. she’s a ticking time bomb!

I joined EY in January. Had no work all of January, but was busy for February and some of March. I have been unassigned for about 4 weeks now, sending availability emails to all of the service lines we are allowed to reach out to for work. I should not have come here 🤦🏼‍♂️ I know it’s nice to have some down-time, but when every day is staring at a computer, the days are SO long.
