How long to hear back typically after a round?

I had recently attended the interview at IQVIA for sql developer position, but when I received the offer letter the designation mentioned there is "Software engineer- technical operations 130'.

Just wanted to know if this is some kind of a production support role.

Can anyone please help me understand this?

Will her resume get shortlisted in naukri profile as she belongs to medical field and trying for IT?

I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them.
