Potentially dumb question: would you expect a PSA for a simultaneous sign/close deal to have a debt or equity commitment letter rep? I’m thinking no bc practically speaking, financing would need to be in place before the parties were comfortable signing the PSA anyway… but I’m also thinking if I were seller, I’d still want buyer to rep to their ability to show up at closing with the funds, even if closing will happen basically immediately after signing the PSA. Pulling my hair out. Help!

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also.
