I don’t have formal education in this space but I did go to a 4 year university + have a B.S. I’m interviewing at a startup & not sure how much to push for above what they offer. I didn’t give a number but they gave me a compensation range. I’ve been told to negotiate for salary, equity, signing bonus. Thoughts?
