Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.

Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.
SAP SD - 2 YOE Current CTC is 4.8LPA.
how much should I ask at infy? Position offered is associate consultant. Thanks in advance.

marketing-oriented consulting -> product manager, esp. if you've a technical background
ops consulting -> project manager, esp. if you've significant pmo experience
strat consulting -> program manager, esp. at slightly more senior levels where you have more experience of handling concurrent projects

Tech StratOps is probably the most natural placement for management consultants, with growth hacking a good option for marketers. But this would not answer the OP's question.
Program manager and project manager are relatively similar. A project manager is a little bit narrower and focused on a particular project while program is a little more overreaching. Product management at its true form is very different - you are not managing the people but rather managing the results of the product itself. The product manager knows more about the product being delivered while the project manager knows more about the team delivering it
