Purely from a return on investment/ prestige perspective, which certification is better - OpenGroup Business Architecture, scrum.org Product owner or TOGAF Standard.

Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

Out of those Togaf holds the most formal and harder to get. But the three certs are quite different topics. What is your end goal?

My primary experience is consulting and not development. My "technical skills" are more on the business side of finance and regulatory reporting.
I am super underpaid and overworked. My resume isn't "technical" enough. I am just tired of being that one person on the program who gets it and pulls everything together and ends up as a Paper Lion.
Goal is to make 200K building something interesting in the Financial Services, but something else is ok too.
Either do the Product Owner or the Scrum Master certification both are currently high in demand.
