I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

You will work on average 60+ hours each week. Your nights, weekends, and holidays are not off limits - you should anticipate that you’ll work a few hours during the weekend and call it a blessing when you don’t. With everything said above, I’d leave audit again in a heartbeat.
Long story short I put in my 2 weeks at BDO and the partner called me and match PwC’s offer within a week. Opted to stay at BDO. Same 48% increase, less hours and no more audit. Yeah maybe the exit ops are better at big4 but I value work life balance too much. Not one person in BDO TAS I spoke with has worked over 55/60 hours in a week. And weekends are rare.

Guessing you’re in audit. Just take the offer, 65/week is not bad and you will likely be working closer to 55/week on average
I am, it’s a 51%salary increase from my current audit job. I don’t mind doing 65 week but working 75+ through the weekend sucks, haha. Rather just fit it all in M-F
