Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Varies wildly by company, level, role. The classic 'rest and vest's RSUs are a one time thing. Some companies issue RSUs as part of yearly comp. You're going to have to ask your recruiter.
Depends on company. Many give out refresher grants every year so your comp increases but you will still have a cliff at year 4 unless you get promoted.
Slalom1 is spot on - it depends and varies widely.
As an example, in my new role, I didn’t get any sign on RSUs (did get a bonus tho), but get ~50k a year that vest over 4.
That’s not the right way to think about it. It is your comp, which maybe significantly high or low or stay the same when they vest. Just because it’s not cash, doesn’t make it bonus. Unless they told you it’s sign on bonus. If it is, then I’m not sure why you are expecting a repeat of sign on bonus.
In most cases it is your TC. You may get refreshers to keep your target TC at the right level after 4 years.

When I joined my current company I was like like 150k over 4 years. I then got a tiny 10k refresher my first year during performance cycle. This year I’m getting promoted so I should be getting a larger refresh (30-50k) plus performance (10-15k).
Yes I get RSU refreshers each year at about 25-30% of initial amount which also best vest over 4 years
