Question for anyone at Slalom Consulting . I’ve been through 4 rounds of interviews and have a call scheduled with the recruiter “to connect” after the new year.
Feel like the interviews have gone well and never had a call for a rejection before. Is it typical to only have these calls for offers or do they do rejections this way as well?

I'm not exactly sure at this point If this is a good move to switch technologies.

Anyone know much about Simon-Kucher? I have an offer for SC there for $125k base with all-in TC for the year expected $165-175k. Currently a CO with 3-4 YOE, and considering making the move. I think CO at my firm is the equivalent to SC at B4
