Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
What are the standard work timings at EY GDS?

Depends on the market though. I know some markets are willing to pay over market rates while others will low ball you and hope you take that offer. Never hurts to negotiate.
Slalom really tries to follow industry standards for your years and type of experience. So I would start by researching what you're worth in your market. They most likely will not consider what you were making prior i.e. If you were under paid in your market they will bring you up to standard. If you were overpaid they most likely will not continue to over pay. I find it to be very fair and logical. Make sense?
I've found at consultant level they are often competitive or even moreso than other firms.
I wouldn't go by Glassdoor. If you have the skills and experience and they need you, they'll pay up.
I've heard salaries from 80k to 175k at the consultant level based on experience and skill set
I think he's going for a SP role so not sure if that makes a difference? Regardless I'll let him know to not worry about what he saw on Glassdoor too much.
