Nope, not at all because I can tell if they're gonna be a trouble by just a little conversation with them. Qualifications and the ability to produce results matters more to me anyway

Not really. We always embrace equality and I think a team will benefit for boths so not really.
No, I think it adds a fresh perspective to the team. As long as he as respectful of everyone then it should be fine.
This is a great question and I understand why you're asking it. It's natural to consider if the dynamics of your predominately female team would be affected negatively. Unlike others here, yes, I have been hesitant because of how the women on my teams have been.
