All these jobs have laid off people looking for jobs cus all these jobs are being nearshored

I mean, yeah, those numbers look reasonable. But they are all competing with people who have experience and college degrees and want those same jobs.
The vast majority of those employed in every one of the careers listed here has at least a Bachelors. The exceptions are outlier “prodigies”, broke in through entrepreneurship, etc.
1. Good luck getting a job without a degree in any of those fields.
2. Good luck getting a job as entry level, nobody is looking for local talent at entry level anymore.
You are either competing with someone with uears of experience over you who was recently laid off, or you are competing at entry level against people overseas with more experience who will get paid a quarter of what you would.
Yep, very true. But those salaries are for people with at least a few years of experience. Those aren’t starting salaries. Also, I can’t remember ever looking at someone’s degree when hiring for development or product. And I know most people I’ve hired did not have degrees. I look for people who take the initiative to teach themselves because that shows passion. Those are the only people I hire, and they haven’t let me down yet.
