Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)

My background check couldn’t verify a previous employer, should I offer to provide W2s and other tax documents to my new employer? Has anyone ever had this issue before? Honestly a bit stressed about it as I really like the new position.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.
