RANT - I am very sceptic about sustaining in IT Post 40 years. I currently have offers from IBM and Deloitte USI for Salesforce 8yr exp (same pay). I am trying to build a side income outside of work hours (9hr). I am looking for less work pressure, more WFH and average growth per year and inclined towards ibm, but lately feeling that I'll miss the brand name of Deloitte usi and career growth. Can you share your take on this. Anyone from big 4 managed to build a side income? How do you juggle?

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity.
