Really curious to know if all big 4 a relatively uniform in terms of the extended holiday breaks in summer and winter. EY has one week off for July 4th and one week off for Christmas/Winter Holidays - is it the same for the other 3? Curious because I wonder if work culture plays into it.

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I was an SM2 vested in the pension plan (I worked in DTTL for 7 years ending 2013) and want to find out what my actual benefits will be and at what age.
