So you’re GS-12 or 13 with full Fed benefits? When I recently ran an assessment, I saw about a 10-15% premium for a Fed gig (due to the extra benefits) which in your case would make it pretty even (if still true in your case). I was going to be offered a Fed role at 13-1, but got a ~45% better offer from BAH. If you’re already a Fed with the job-for-life and automatic step increases, you can rarely get a big adjustment to salary, but you’re guaranteed some reasonable step increases. Sounds like BAH is slow with typical raises and adjustments.
I’d say either negotiate to 120 or 125, or stay put for now if things are good enough as a Fed.
That is excellent! Congrats. Also you are usually free to flex time over a whole month. You must be Associate level.
If you’re in DC area and want to DM me, I’d be happy to chat more. Just got started recently myself.

Take it for sure. WLB is perfect, perks are awesome, benefits are strong. More earning potential.
