Recently finished interviewing for a Senior Netsuite Principle Consultant role. I was told that a verbal offer can take 1-2 weeks and the following offer letter can take another 1-2 weeks.

I’m expecting the verbal offer given how positive the interview feedback has been, but should I be worried about not having the offer letter follow through? Anything else I should be cognizant of the Oracle hiring/onboarding process?

In my previous role we had a bonus structure per year based on hitting goals and a target amount and then also an RSU equity program that most got (if you were the right level) but managers could adjust.
