Recently had my final round technology development program - Cyber Analyst interview with Accenture, recruiter reached out me stated she received positive feedback about the interview and asked about my location preferences. Then i checked my online status and it’s shows no longer under consideration. Then I reached out to recruiter and she said they have no more open positions for the location I interviewed for. Is it normal ?? Can I reach out to someone who can help ?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?
