Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Hi Spark Foundryer
I'm guessing you're asking this because you've been ghosted by recruiters?
I think if a recruiter is of that mindset, they'll likely not care much sadly.
However there are some of us who try and reply to all personal emails, even if it's to say we can't help.
Nb. I run Media Recruit and am ex Publicis myself

I think for applicants, there is ambiguity of emails we’re read or not so we follow up. This would call out recruiters and say “I know you read my email at x date- following up”, sort of call them out…
I don't think I'd be too bothered by it. I mean hey, we recruiters use all sorts of tools and tactics to track our own emails and applications, so fair game, right? Plus it's not like you're doing anything shady. You're just trying to get a sense of whether your message has been seen and if there's been any interest.
