My career path has been anything but linear - interned in creative (copy), worked in SEO/content creation until I got my BA in advertising (minor in Psych). Worked first two years in digital media, then two in branded content + project/account management. Now in an SAE role, which I enjoy but want to continue my education in line with my interest in the big picture planning and strategy.

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?
