Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

I would go with the risk officer versus portfolio ops. I think the ceiling is higher and the elevator is faster. All organizations need great risk people (SVB comes to mind). 60/40 is kinda dead as more are moving towards 40 equity 40 FI and 20 alternatives. That’s the landscape for the next 10 years IMO. Portfolio ops is where I personally started and the peak isn’t as attractive IMO.
Thanks!
I would go with 2 given the broader scope of work and expand vertically.
Thank you for your perspective!
