Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Plenty of high speed trains between Florence and Milan. Between Rome and Milan there's something like a train every 10 minutes. In Florence it's probably a bit less because some trains are no-stop. Trains usually run with a slight delay (say 10 minutes) but to be sure I would schedule 1 hour of buffer just in case. Trains are often sold out so yeah it's better to book.
From Milano Centrale to Malpensa you can take the Malpensa Express, which takes about 50 minutes.
If it's Linate you can either take the metro or bus.
Next time from Florence it's probably better to fly from Rome.
Frecciarossa or Italo, there are several scheduled multiple hours a day.
Trips takes roughly 2hours.
The trains in Italy are great- generally very fast and very reliable. Obviously, give yourself some cushion just to be safe. In Italy, they also generally announce strikes affecting things like bus or train travel in advance, so google that and you can see if they have anything planned. I would buy my train ticket ahead of time; it’s just easier.
Wanted to share my experience for anyone reading this post in the future: all of my train rides in various cities in Italy have been delayed, some for over an hour, so budget time accordingly. As for the actual train rides, they are very convenient and plenty of options, for the most part you can get tickets up until before departure; there was only one time it was sold out day of a few hours before departure. Overall a great way to get around Europe!
