Mindtree culture is detoriating day by day . No clarity on hike and appraisal even though mail have been sent regarding this since Dec 2021 . Disgusting HR head practice who joined from CTS . How come they don't abide by what they communicate and keep silence without any update for delay .

That’s a shame you have not had that experience with RMs. I know of at least 2 in audit who are extremely valuable, proactive, critical thinkers and bring a lot of experience to the table. However, I do agree that 2 is not enough.
I agree with you. I respect the RM function a lot. They are like the glue so to speak. They bring all the audit needs, resources available (and unavailable), L&D compliance, recruitment, campus and other components all together. They touch a bit of everything. I don’t envy that job. It’s so much stakeholder management and negotiation they have to do to help us staff our engagements. Hats off to that group!
Educated guess here, Associates: 70k give or take 5, Senior: 90k give or take 5, Manager: 108 - 120k. Sr Manager/Director: 120-160k
Interesting ranges. Thank you for sharing
120k
Depends on level. Range I guess would be 75k to 150k.
Surprised a plug and play role pays that much. Not really seeing a high skill level with RM I’ve been exposed to. They perform a manual function by direction only (that could be more automated IMO). I haven’t heard of any RM that are proactive, intuitive or actually geared to be problem solvers in relation to their role. If there are some good ones, they haven’t become very well known or recognized. Nice people, just doesn’t seem like a tough role to warrant a high salary. With good technology we likely wouldn’t need as many as we have. And the fact that RM meetings are now doubled due to the separation by levels, RM is an even less efficient part of the new operations overload. SMH on how the inefficiencies just keep growing.
RSM3 I agree that it's a shame. The RMO function is still developing and is at different stages depending on the group, from my perspective. Some in the business make it more difficult as they are determined to act as an RM when they should be out selling work.
Can you break down the salary ranges by RM level?
