Not sure about federal advisory, but federal audit experienced hire senior would be in the 90s in DC. Hopefully that helps.
You looking for a referral or waiting for an offer?
Thank you!!!

OP, assuming you’re in DC - Deloitte and KPMG typically have the stronger government practices in the region, though in terms of these two KPMG has less advisory options because fed audit is so large (i.e. we audit the majority of cabinet departments plus several large non-cabinet agencies.) but it’s still fairly strong. Deloitte just has more options.
GT isn’t bad at fed advisory by any means, but it’s worth pointing out that EY’s GPS practice was formed by a lot of people from GT coming over to get it off the ground about 5-7 years ago. The culture there is likely to be similar to what you have at EY if you’re in GPS.
If I were trying to get into fed advisory I’d apply to Deloitte, GT, and KPMG and then see which one you click with the most. All three are strong, and having multiple irons in the fire isn’t bad.
Good advice for OP. The only thing I'd say is that GT culture has changed since then, in my mind for the better. I am less familiar with the cultures elsewhere, but I've been here for 12+ years, so I've got that perspective.
