Question about patent term extension. Let's say the patent covers i) product A and ii) A in combination with B. PTE is granted based on the combination of A and B. This is the first marketing approval for A. Would the extended patent cover someone using combination A and C for the same disease? I don't think so but would love to have input.

I've been in marketing for 7 years and it's been primarily paid social analytics and design at a local agency. I want to expand into the world of SEO, but I know its a complex new world for those without experience. Can anyone give me some pointers on where to start and how you got started learning about the basics of SEO? I want to set myself up with a solid base of knowledge from which to grow.

The creative team is cutting back my content. I’ve explained to them that this will hurt their SEO, but they don’t seem to care. I'm sure they’ll freak out when they see the lack of organic growth.

Can someone tell me what the current methods are to get SEO clients?

I’ve tried cold mailing, cold calls, contact form submissions, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc, but still no luck.
