What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

I personally don’t see how with your experience you could get offered any more than what’s on the table tbh unless you have demonstrated exceptional performance somewhere else
Negotiate that. I know of a recent new joiner 0 years prior consulting experience and 5 years experience in banking. Senior consultant role at £66k (that’s the bottom of the range for SC), and a £15k joining bonus

They offered 49 because anything above that would have to go through leadership approval - so definitely go for at least 50! I received 47k as a C joining from industry, but negotiated for 50. It takes them about a week or 2 to come back.
Also, don't be afraid of the argument re this climate. They would rather offer you than waste all the time and resources of engaging their directors and partners to interview you again. Imagine the number of hours these people are charging per hour to clients!

47k is bottom of the band…I don’t know your experience but 49k seems fair and as D3 said anything above would need LT approval.
What’s the role?
Negotiate it. When I negotiated my current offer I got £2k more. You lose nothing by asking for more. Tell them you have done research on the banding and want more.
