I’m currently in SMB insurance sales for 2 years but I want to move into AE role that has a base around 80-100K. I’ve been looking at SaaS sales but I feel under qualified, do you guys have any recommendations that meets my base I’m looking for? I prefer to get out of insurance. TIA

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. Both seem to evaluate a problem and provide recommendations. Maybe there are some specific areas like due diligence etc which are more niche, but seems like a high degree of overlap between SC and MC?
