Would you cancel an interview that's already scheduled if you've decided to take another job? Or go ahead and do the interview and decline if you receive an offer?

I'm interviewing at a SaaS company that has about 50 people. What's a good way to figure out how financially stable they are? What questions can I ask in an interview? I don't want them to turn around in 6 months and lay me off because the economy isn't doing well.

90 Days notice period has 2 phases.

Initial phase - Candidates struggling to get interview calls.

Ending phase - Companies struggling to match a higher offer.

30 days notice period can really solve everyone's struggle.

I’m thinking of applying for a sales role at Salesforce, but there are so many roles that meet my experience. I don’t want to apply for a bunch of positions, and no one is replying to me for a conversation on LinkedIn. Would anyone here be willing to give me some advice/guidance?

The HR had shared a generic JD for Salesforce Developer with the interview schedule email. I called the recruiter to reconfirm that the interview was for Sales position.

In my interview the panel asked me support related questions, Salesforce limitation, present bugs in the Salesforce and Business Process Implementation. There were zero sales related questions.

Am I missing something?

01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?

Is it a good idea to go into SaaS pm role just for the sake of breaking into product management? Seems like b2c/consumer product management is the more popular one and is harder to get into from SaaS than the other way around. Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. All because I couldn’t solve 8 months of payroll issues in a day. 🫠 Good riddance, I’m getting a lawyer.

I’ve heard it ranges from 5-20% but it seems too vague.

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Should I ask for a sign on bonus if none was offered?
