Seeking advice: I am an SAP consultant on contract with XYZ company, working 6 days a week without any leaves (sick, annual, medical) or overtime pay. Recently, they've increased the minimum working days to 25 per month, with salary deduction if not met. My CTC is 6lpa now and experience of 1.4 years. I am also stuck with my currect company due to a bond they made up sign. I'm feeling overworked and undervalued. What are my options?

Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
