- SAP fixed offer is ~52L at T3.L3 (+variable)

-Requested T4.L1 with 68-72L fixed-pay range

- What's the fixed range in T4 level?

- Isn't T4.L1/2 reasonable for this scope?

- Isn't 68–72L fixed align with the market

PS: I won't agree below 65L + T4.L1, as per my exp.

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring?
