Senior 1 in Audit Financial Services. Main goal is to make good money and continue learning. I look at industry jobs and see lower base or comparable but pry on better bonuses. It seems like it’s better just staying at big 4. Does anybody have any advice on what path I should go with goal of making 200k+?

I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner.
