Have a recruiter for a professional organization (think someone who offers cpd credits) reach out to me - and quite insistent that its a good job. They have American and Canadian wings.

I'm in the workforce space and it's interesting leadership role with good benefits, bonus and pay. But what should I look out for aside from no growth?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
