I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

Software > billable hours for business model. Salesforce is the correct choice

For one example - bonus for individual contributors is now 100% utilization attainment-based. It's an easy number to hit, but extracurriculars are only a differentiator for promotion now, not a way to get compensated.
Congrats on the offer! I was at PwC. There is a poor wlb and a whole slew of internal tasks you have to worry about. I would not recommend unless you want to use it to exit to SF and you’re already past that step!
where did you move? Agree especially when leadership wants to have mix S& and Mc/TC on the same engagement. We get forced to work longer since S& are working long hours (they can bill those hours but not us)... plus the comp. Then a S& partner leads the implementation...
Senior PA at Salesforce. Greater WLB, greater growth, no partner race, RSU benefits, more options to pivot later on

Agreed. This one is an easy decision.
This can never be a confusion. Sr PA at SF anytime. PwC can’t even think to match SF Benefits. And you have RSU at SF
Senior PA. Do you mind sharing the offer details?
Considering one of fishbowls most active bowls is exit ops... I think it's safe to go with SF over a consulting role...
Snr PA at any day. You can’t beat SF quality of life vs consulting ass licking...

Yah OP, can you at least share the starting number of the base salary? (Assuming it’s a 2)?

Can someone define RSU? Thanks
Thanks besties ❤️👍
weird that your profile says PwC and you said you have an offer from PwC for Sr Manager.
See you in Salesforce then... hopefully
