Serious question for anyone job hunting: how do you find time for interviews without it being obvious? My calendar is a mess, and I’m worried about raising red flags. But I don't want to miss out on better opportunities.

If a senior partner referred me, and I still haven't heard back after 4 weeks, what could be the reason as to the delay? Am I not getting an interview?

Are interview case studies difficult? Is it done live or is it take-home? What should I expect in terms of content/questions, duration, difficulty?

I applied to MBB in December while working at a boutique but did not get an offer. I lateraled to Tier 2 firm, but looking to interview again. How long should I wait until applying again? Is there a freeze time?

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
